If you sleep on SŌIE for 30 nights and don't notice a difference, contact us for a full refund.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@silksoie.com.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
